DWI: Zachary E. Webb, 25, 3618 Lockport-Olcott Road was charged with driving while intoxicated, disobeying a stop sign, unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to signal and an equipment violation Saturday. According to the report, police observed Webb commit several traffic infractions on Market Street. At 3:15 a.m. Hill pulled over into the Reid’s Parking lot of Lake Avenue. Webb failed field sobriety tests. Police found multi-colored pipe used for smoking marijuana and marijuana in his pocket. Webb was reportedly uncooperative and confrontational. Police were unable to be fingerprint him.
HARASSMENT: Samuel E. Hillman, 20, 210 Ontario St. was charged with second-degree harassment Thursday. According to the report, Hillman threatened his neighbor on March 22. It is an ongoing problem, according to the neighbor who requested an order of protection. Hillman was arrested on a warrant.

SHOPLIFTING: Edward J. Ubiles, 21, 6106 Ruhlmann Road was charged with petit larceny Friday. According to the report, Ubiles took six packages of Magic the Gathering Game Cards valued at $23.88 without paying at Walmart of Transit Road. Ubiles took the cards off the shelf, opened the card packs and placed them in his jacket pocket.Police blotter items published May 12, 2013
