BURGLARY: Police responded to reported burglary at 111 Cottage St. apt 23 Tuesday. An estimated $440 worth of items were reported missing. Police have two suspects in the case and an investigation is continuing. 

UNLICENSED OPERATION: Cody Huber, 19, 29 Harwood Place apt. Front, was charged with third degree unlicensed operation of a vehicle Tuesday. Return date is Jan. 6 at 9:30 a.m. under judge William Watson. 

Town of Lockport

ASSAULT: Demetrien Bell-Bradley, 19, 644 Goodyear St., Buffalo, was charged last week with second-degree assault. The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said Bell-Bradley was being held on $2,500 bail and is to return to Lockport Town Court this week.

DWI: Sharema Land, 33, 19 Haller Ave., Cheektowaga, was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated and traffic infractions. Land was taken to the Niagara County Jail on $250 bail and is set to report this week to Lockport Town Court, the Sheriff’s Office said.
