Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

MENACING: Irwin Serota, 70, 210 Locust St. apt. lower, was charged with third degree menacing and disorderly conduct Monday. He was taken into custody by Lockport police department and held on $250 bail. Return date is set for 9:30 a.m. Jan. 6 in city court.

DWI: Colleen Brennan, 53, 107 Park Ave, was charged with driving while intoxicated Sunday. Return date is set for 9 a.m. Jan. 6 in city court.

ASSAULT:Jacob Ruhl, 23, 111 Cottage St. apt 23, was charged with third degree assault Sunday. Return date is 9:30 a.m. Jan. 6 in city court.

TRESPASSING: Brandon Howard, 26, 6489 Dysinger Rd. apt 4, was charged Sunday with trespassing, obstructing government officials and resisting arrest. He was taken into custody by Lockport police and held on $250 bail. Court date is set for 9:30 a.m. Jan. 6 in city court.

POSSESSION: Derrick Hofert, 19, 86 Nicholls St., was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana and growing cannibis. Court date is set for 9 a.m. Jan. 6 in city court.

POSSESSION: Tyler Laforme, 18, 204 Saxton St., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Sunday. Return date is set for 1:30 p.m. Jan. 7 in city court.

SEX OFFENSE: Salthaniel H. Bethel, 49, 6559 Lincoln Ave., Lockport, was charged Saturday with sexual contact with an individual greater than 17 years of age incapable of consent, a misdemeanor. New York State Police said Bethel is being held on bail.

Town of Lockport

DWI: Brad E. Koker, 41, 5695 Keck Road, was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear Jan. 7 in Lockport Town Court.

HARASSMENT: Angel M. Sanney, 23, 6596 Dysinger Road, was charged Monday with second-degree harassment. Sanney is set to appear Jan. 7 in Lockport Town Court.

Newfane

DWI: Joseph R. Kress, 28, 308 Meadowbrooke Lane, was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, first-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, drinking alcohol while in a motor vehicle on the highway and driving without a seatbelt. He will appear this week in Newfane Town Court.
