DWI: Steven C. Schraeder, 22, 467 Pine St. was charged with driving while intoxicated, an equipment viollatin, failure to signal and passing a red light Saturday. According to the report, the police observed a red Mazda on Locust Street without its headlights on. The vehicle turned right on Main Street, failing to stop for a red light and failing to signal. Schraeder had an odor of alcohol; glassy, bloodshot eyes and impaired motor skills. He failed field sobriety tests.
DWI: Patricia A. Daugherty, 21, 6598 Dysinger Road, Apt. 1 was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, unlicensed driver and alcohol beverage Saturday. The police got a call of a possible intoxicated driver on Gooding Street at 12:02 a.m. The vehicle was located on Washington Street. According to the report, Daugherty had an odor of alcohol and glassy, bloodshot eyes. She failed field sobriety tests.
MARIJUANA: Brandon R. Luke, 20, 100 Alllen St. left was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Friday. At 9:10 the police received a report of two males possibly smoking marijuana on Michigan Street. According to the report, the odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle. Luke, a passenger, had marijuana in the glove compartment. The driver was not charged.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Catherine L. Bell, 45, 83 South St. was charged with disorderly conduct Friday. According to the report, the police saw Bell on South Street punching the victim. The argument started over their intoxication, according to both parties. Bell was wheezing and transported to Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport by rescue.
POSSESSION: DaQuan T. McDougald, 18, 6558 Lincoln Ave. Apt. L was charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana Friday. The police responded to a 911 call at 1 p.m. for the report of a person on Akron Street acting weird and needing help. According to the report, McDougald fled through the back window. He was found on Davison Road and admitted to having marijuana. On checking the patrol car after the arrest, rock cocaine was found in the back seat where McDougald was seated. There was $1,175 found on McDougald and secured as evidence.
