TRESPASS: Alicia K. Teeter, 44, 6270 Shimer Drive, was charged with criminal trespass around 10:40 a.m. Saturday. Teeter was released on her recognizance and is due in Lockport City Court on Monday. 

RAPE: Edward Ubiles, 46,173 Passaic Ave. Apt. B, was charged with rape, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child around 2:45 p.m. Friday in connection with a Jan. 7 incident, Lockport Police said. Ubiles was held in police custody prior to his arraignment in City Court, according to the arrest report.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: A Royal Parkway North resident reported that an unknown person tried to break into her house sometime between 8 a.m. Thursday and 12:30 p.m. Friday. The woman found parts of her screen door on the ground and pry marks on the door, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office. The property damage estimate is $100. 

LARCENY: An Elmhurst Drive resident reported that an unknown person took three boat batteries from his boat while it was in storage sometime between October 2013 and Friday. The loss estimate is $300, according to the sheriff’s office. 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Birchwood Drive resident reported that the back window of her minivan was smashed out sometime between 10:30 p.m. Friday and 7:30 a.m. Saturday. The loss estimate is $200, according to the sheriff’s office.

DWI: Andrew V. Barger, 28, of Lockport, was charged with driving while intoxicated/DWI after a previous conviction within 10 years, after a traffic stop early Saturday on Saunders Settlement Road in Lewiston. Barger was released to a third party, according to New York State Police.
