Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

PETIT LARCENY: April A. Mosier, 29, 6520 Ridge Road, Barker, Apt. 16 was charged with petit larceny. Mosier was arrested on Morton Street at 4:30 a.m.. According to the report, the alleged theft occurred on Juniper Street on Jan. 10. The victim reported seeing Mosier leaving his residence with an X-box 360 and X-box games. She ran away and left in a vehicle. The arrest package was on file. Mosier was released from custody and taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital for evaluation.

DWI: Shari Lynn Giancola, 42, 862 Willow St. was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding Monday. According to the report, Giancola was stopped for going 51 mph in a 35 mph zone. The sheriff’s patrol could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage and Giancola had slurred speech, glossy bloodshot eyes and impaired motor coordination. She failed three of four field sobriety tests.
