DWI: Jeffrey D. Wilson, 27, 548 Birchwood Drive, Lockport was charged at 10:59 p.m. Friday with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not prudent after patrol responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on Lockport Road at Comstock Road. Patrol found a pickup truck on its side in the ditch and saw a man next to the truck talking on a phone. A second man was walking away from the truck.
