Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Nicole L. Rosselli, 26, 135 Pine St., Apt. 5, was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday. A Lockport police officer reportedly saw Rosselli stumbling on LaGrange Avenue, obstructing traffic. Rosselli appeared to be disoriented, confused and possibly intoxicated, the report said. She is due Monday in City Court.

FORGERY: Bethany M. Bayer, 30, of Lockport, was charged with petit larceny and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument Tuesday. Bayer was arrested at New York State Police’s Lockport barracks on Dysinger Road.

LARCENY: An Akron Road man told the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office that sometime overnight Sunday-Monday an unknown person entered both of his unlocked vehicles and took his Tom Tom GPS, a car stereo and $600.
