STALKING: Christopher Becken, 37, 6383 Robinson Road, apartment 17, was arrested Wednesday on charges of fourth-degree stalking and third-degree burglary. Police reports say the incident took place Nov. 11. Becken is scheduled to be arraigned at 9 a.m. Monday in Lockport City Court. 

POSSESSION: Kenneth Edmister, 27, 8949 Pearson Road, Middleport, turned himself in Wednesday on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Edmister was processed and held for arraignment in city court.

Royalton

DWI: Nicholas J. Buscarino, 35, 7538 Chestnut Ridge Road, was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated. The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said Buscarino was given traffic tickets for failing to keep right and speeding when he hit a pole and a tree on Cottage Road. Buscarino is set to appear Dec. 17 in Royalton Town Court.
