Sean Micheal Winchell, 20, 601 Dorwood Park was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to keep right and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation Sunday. The sheriff’s patrol was dispatched to Lake Street for an injury accident at 7 a.m. According to the report, Winchell failed to keep right, causing a collision with another vehicle. Winchell was uninjured in the accident. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to Newfane Hospital with minor injuries. Winchell’s license was suspended on Aug. 19 for failure to pay a fine out of the city of Lockport. There were two marijuana pipes in the side door behind the driver’s seat. The pipes contained a green leafy substance.
BURGLARY: An ACER laptop computer valued at approximately $400, a $100 digital camera and a 22-gauge shotgun were reported missing from a Randal Road home on Saturday. The victim observed the laptop computer and her digital camera missing from the room they are normally located. The victim discovered all the basement doors were open, including the door exiting the south end of the residence. A 22 gauge shotgun was missing from the enclosed porch. The patrol did not observe any signs of forced entry into the residence,
