POSSESSION: Tyler J. Weeks, 19, 4717 Lockport Road was charged with two counts of criminal possession of marijuana, criminal used of drug paraphernalia, failure to stop at a stop sign and speeding Tuesday. According to the report, the sheriff's patrol stopped Weeks on Lockport Road at 11:18 p.m. for failure to stop at the stop sign at Aiken Road and for going 68 mph in a 55 mph zone. There was a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.  A search revealed  plastic bags with a green vegetable substance and a digital scale. Patrol found four plastic bags full of a green vegetable substance. Weeks was taken into custody and the vehicle was turned over to registered owner. The marijuana weighed well over two ounces. Weeks was held on $500 cash bail.
