POSSESSION: Tylor M. Hungerford, 26, 282 Central Ave. was charged Thursday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle, speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation. The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reckless driver call on South Transit Road. Hungerford’s driver’s license showed it was suspended twice for failure to answer a summons from the Town of Amherst. Hungerford had Suboxone in his wallet, police reported. He was taken to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He was also issued two tickets.

PETIT LARCENY: The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office reported two juveniles were taken into custody after reportedly taking Adidas shorts, shirt and socks. The duo allegedly put the items in a backpack passing all points of purchase Wednesday at The BonTon on South Transit Road. Appearance tickets were completed for both suspects, who were released to their respective parents.

BURGLARY: Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies responded to Wheeler Road for a burglary complaint Wednesday. According to the report, items valued at $2,200 were missing from his 1999 Ford work truck and garage.
