POSSESSION: Isaac Drake, 43, was arrested Friday evening and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of resisting arrest. According to the police report, LPD was called to the Diamond on State Road for a report of a group of males selling drugs out of a car. Upon arrival, patrol found Drake inside the vehicle along with Anthony R. Haynes of 203 Mead Ave., Medina and an unnamed juvenile. Drake was found to have a plastic baggie with an off-white substance in it, which police say field tested positive for cocaine. Drake is slated to return to Lockport City Court at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

NEWFANE

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A West Avenue, Newfane man reported to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday morning that sometime between 12:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. Sunday someone “keyed” his 2005 Buick LeSabre. 

HARASSMENT: Mark D. Probst, no address given, was arrested Sunday morning and charged with 2nd-degree harassment following an argument Probst had with an Ohio man over a fishing spot, according to records from the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office. The report said Probst was accused of striking the Ohio man in the face. Patrol took Probst into custody and listed bail at $100. Probst is slated to appear before the Town of Newfane Court at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
