TRESPASS: John H. Imhoff, 45, 297 Beattie Ave. Apt. 1 was charged with petit larceny and third-degree criminal trespass Wednesday. According to the report, the police were dispatched to the Falls Railroad Co. on Park Avenue at 9:34 to investigate the theft of tie plates. An employee was next to the engine house when heard he heard some noise and said they saw Imhoff loading his pick-up with tie plates. The investigation is continuing due to previous thefts at the same location. 

POSSESSION: Stella F. Ward, 52, 77 Main St. was charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance Tuesday. According to the report, the police responded to the report of drug activity in an apartment at 5 p.m. Ward turned over a pipe used to smoke crack cocaine. The burnt residue tested positive to cocaine. 

POSSESSION: Chad M. McKerrow, 30, 277 Elmwood Ave. Apt. 2 was charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana Tuesday. The police were called to Elmood Avenue at 5 p.m. for a domestic. According to the report, there was an argument over various issues and Mckerrow was found will a pill bottle with several types of pills and a green leafy substance which tested positive for marijuana.
