ENDANGERMENT: Jennifer L. Forys, 27, 140 Grant St., Upper, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child around 11 a.m. Wednesday, Lockport Police said. She was released on her own recognizance and is due in Lockport City Court on June 16.
LARCENY: Cassandra A. Exford, 17, 504 Hawley St., was charged with petit larceny around 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, Lockport Police said. She was due in Lockport City Court on Wednesday.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Beattie Avenue woman reported that an unknown person knocked over her mailbox sometime between 2 and 6:20 p.m. Tuesday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The woman said that when she left the house at 2 p.m., the mailbox was intact. When she returned home at 6:20 p.m., the mailbox was scattered all over the front lawn. The responding deputy saw tire tracks in the front yard, but was unable to determine what type of vehicle they were from, the Sheriff’s Office said.
DWI: Ashley L. Mullett, 26, Newfane, was charged with driving while intoxicated, operation of a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and crossing road hazard markings around 8:35 p.m. Tuesday, the New York State Police said. She was released on an appearance ticket.
