POSSESSION: Dylan L. Roberts, 20, 8205 Carmen Road, Barker, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia Wednesday evening in the parking lot behind Bill’s Diner, South Main Street. The cell phone was returned to its owner, who reportedly was unaware that it had been taken. Roberts was held at Niagara County Jail on $500 bail ahead of a July 1 appearance in Newfane town court.
