HARASSMENT: Chad M. McKerrow, 31, no permanent address, was charged with second-degree harassment about 3:50 a.m. Friday. McKerrow is due in City Court on Monday.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Brooke D. Richter, 31, 204 High St., was charged with disorderly conduct about 2:45 a.m. Friday. Richter was released on her own recognizance and is due in City Court on Monday.

LARCENY: Kelsi M. Kane, 22, 6493 Dysinger Road, was charged with petit larceny about 11:17 a.m. Friday in connection with an incident at Walmart, South Transit Road, earlier in the day. Kane was held at Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. She is due in Lockport Town Court on July 3.
DOG BITE: A Pettit Street resident reported that her 9-year-old daughter was bit on the nose by a 15-month-old Black Labrador/Great Dane mix, and when the woman intervened, she was bit on the hand Thursday morning. Both suffered cuts and were taken to a local hospital for treatment, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office. The dog’s owner said the dog is up-to-date on its vaccinations and he could not guess why the dog attacked. The Niagara County Department of Health was notified.
