HARASSMENT: Kyle L. Briggs, 22, 2240 Jagow Road, Niagara Falls, was charged with second-degree harassment about 11:20 a.m. Tuesday. He was due in City Court on Tuesday.
MARIJUANA: Jeremy L. Dore, 23, 81 South St., upper, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana about 10:45 p.m. Monday. Dore was released on his own recognizance and was due in City Court on Tuesday.
LARCENY: Eric A. Thompson, 18, 5279 Lockport Junction Road, was charged with petit larceny about 6:15 p.m. Monday. He was released on his own recognizance and is due in City Court today.
HARASSMENT: Shauniqua Rodriguez, 35, 440 12th St., Apt. 3, Niagara Falls, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment about 8:30 p.m. July 6. She was released on her own recognizance and was due in City Court on Monday.
POSSESSION: Kevon L. Sykes, 24, 131 Caledonia St., Apt. 3, was charged with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance about 2:45 a.m. July 6, Lockport Police said. He was due in City Court on Monday.
Town of Lockport
HARASSMENT: Mark J. LaSpada, 23, of Lockport, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment about 3:45 a.m. Monday. LaSpada was held in custody by New York State Police.
UNLICENSED: Jedadiah J. Aikin, 29, 7106 Ellicott Road, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle about 9:55 a.m. Monday in the 7400 block of Slayton Settlement Road. Aikin was held on $250 bail at the Niagara County Jail and was due in Lockport town court Tuesday.
VEHICLE FIRE: A property owner in the 5600 block of Ridge Road reported that his parked 2005 Chevrolet Malibu caught fire about 7 a.m. Monday. Personnel from Wrights Corners Volunteer Fire Company responded and extinguished the fire. The vehicle was destroyed and siding on the complainant’s home was damaged, according to the sheriff’s office. The owner’s loss, including the vehicle and home siding, is estimated to be $7,000.
