Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — LARCENY: A Central Avenue victim told sheriff’s deputies that four of her credit cards had been used without her permission, with the purchases totaling around $1,000. She canceled the cards. She named a suspect, but deputies were unable to reach him at the time of the report. The incident was referred to the criminal investigation bureau.

LARCENY: A Dogwood Drive woman reported Wednesday morning that someone entered her unlocked vehicle sometime overnight and stole her purse, containing four credit cards, a debit card, her driver’s license and social security card and her child’s social security card.

LARCENY: An Erna Drive woman reported that sometime between 3 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday someone stole a Canon SureShot camera valued at $150 from her unlocked vehicle.

IMPERSONATION: David P. Smith, 38, of Newfane was charged by State Police at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday with criminal impersonation and no seat belt after a vehicle in which he was a frint seat passenger was pulled over on South Transit Road. He was held for court.

HARASSMENT: Shavale T. Ewing, 24, of Rochester was charged at 9:03 a.m. Monday by State Police with harassment and criminal obstruction of breath. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bail.

Wheatfield

POSSESSION: Keishla M. Santana-Cruz, 23, 9088 Chestnut Ridge Road, Middleport was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 10 a.m. Wednesday after she was pulled over for failure to keep right. The detective noticed a strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from inside the vehicle and Santana-Cruz admitted she smoked marijuana inside the vehicle. She then handed over a plastic bag containing marijuana. She was released on an appearance ticket.
