Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — MENACING: Travis R. Green, 19, 260 North Transit St., rear, was charged Wednesday with second-degree burglary and third-degree menacing. According to the police report, Green and two other men came to a Walnut Street address at 9:30 p.m. and pushed the door open. They reportedly attempted to gain further access to the apartment and swung their arms attempting to harm the victim. The victim was able to force the door shut and call the police. He decided to pursue charges and Green was arrested at his North Transit Street address.

HARASSMENT: Amanda M. Molina, 28, 216 Saxton St. and Sydney E. Behe, 16, 187 Saxton St. were charged with second-degree harassment Wednesday. On July 10, police responded to an harassment report on Willow Street. According to officers, the victim was at Altro Park when she was approached by Molina and Behe. Behe allegedly punched her with a closed fist. When the victim attempted to walk away, Molina reportedly pulled her to the ground by her hair. When the victim got up, Behe punched her again, police said. A witness broke up the fight and the victim was escorted home. The case was forwarded to the warrant division on July 11.

MARIJUANA:  Herb F. Woodberry, 37, 159 Spalding St. upper was charged Thursday with fifth-degree possession of marijuana. The police were called to Spalding Street where Woodberry was reportedly seen smoking marijuana on a front porch at 11:40 a.m. He was transferred to the police headquarters where he was found to be in possession of $310.
