Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — Town of Lockport 

MARIJUANA: Dennis J. Danieu, 28, Lockport, was charged Friday with criminal possession of marijuana. New York State Police said Danieu was given an appearance ticket on South Transit Road.

Wilson

DWI: Steven M. Talarico, 43, 2233 Easr Nicolet Ave., Phoenix, was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated. Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies said Talarico was driving around the parking lot of the Wilson Boat House Restaurant, then drove to a place on Harbor Street. The arrest report said deputies could smell alcohol on Talarico. Deputies also reported two different readings for Talarico’s blood alcohol content of .15 percent and .12 percent. Talarico was remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $250 bail and is due Tuesday in Wilson Town Court.
