Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

UNLICENSED: Trevor O. Wallace, 42, 142 North Parade Ave., Buffalo, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having an expired inspection sticker around 2:45 a.m. Saturday, Lockport Police said. Wallace was held on $100 bail and is due in Lockport City Court on Wednesday.

UNLICENSED: Jeffrey K. Odell, 15 Rogers Ave., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to obey traffic control around 8:45 p.m. Friday, Lockport Police said. Odell is due in Lockport City Court on Wednesday.

Hartland

MARIJUANA: Kyle J. Bush, 22, Shelbie A. Stanley, 17, Emily M. Rich, 17, and Nicholas M. Oliver, 16, all from Middleport/Hartland, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana around 8:55 p.m. Friday. All were issued appearance tickets by New York State Police.

Barker

HARASSMENT: A Lake Road woman reported that her daughter was threatened by two peers on Facebook around 3 p.m. Thursday. The woman wanted to pursue aggravated harassment charges against one of the juveniles, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The responding deputy made contact with both of the juveniles’ parents, and advised them of the situation. Possible charges through probation are pending, the sheriff’s office said.  

Wilson

DWI: Alexander M. Hrusa, 28, of Grand Island, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to use a designated lane around 4:10 p.m. Tuesday on Sunset Drive. Hrusa was issued an appearance ticket by New York State Police.

Cambria

BURGLARY: A homeowner in the 5000 block of Cambria Road reported that several items were stolen from his drag racing car trailer and shed sometime after noon Wednesday. Among the stolen items were a Honda generator, two mountain bikes, a carburetor, miscellaneous car parts and a five-gallon gas can, altogether valued at $3,400. After noting a similar incident in the neighborhood, the sheriff’s office estimated the burglary occurred overnight Thursday-Friday. The case was forwarded to the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
