PETIT LARCENY: A High Street man reported Sunday that somebody had entered his vehicle overnight and taken sunglasses and a pair of headphones, together valued at $170. A criminal affadavit was signed by the victim.
POSSESSION: Nicole Jordan, 32, 2420 Millersport Highway, Getzville, was charged Sunday with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance for an incident dating April 27. Jordan is due in City Court on Wednesday.
UNLICENSED OPERATION: Bryan Jordan, 33, 373 Davidson Road apt. A, was charged Sunday with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Jordan was held on $250 bail. Jordan is due in City Court on Wednesday.
POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL: John Chandler, 17, 52 Genessee St. apt. A, was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of alcohol. Chandler is due in City Court on June 10.
CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION: David Soulvie, 35, 5625, was charged Saturday with second degree criminal impersonation, second degree obstruction of a government official, and resisting arrest. Soulvie is due in City Court on Wednesday.
Town of Lockport
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Royal Parkway man reported Saturday evening that somebody caused $100 of damage to his grill. No possible suspects were found and the case has been closed pending further information, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Department. Periodic checks of the area will be performed, the sheriff's office said.
DWI: Jason Yalowich, 357 Knotty Pine Drive, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating an unregistered motor vehicle Saturday. Yalowich was held at Niagara County Jail on $250 bail. Yalowich is due in Town Court on June 3.
BURGLARY: An Asher Street couple reported Saturday that a ring valued at $6,500 is missing from their home. No signs of forced entry or damage were found, according to the sheriff's office. The case is to be forwarded to the sheriff's Criminal Investigation Bureau.
