Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

HARASSMENT: Francisco Poll, 50, 96 Locust St., was charged with second-degree harassment around 4:45 a.m. Monday, Lockport police said. Poll is due in City Court on Wednesday. 

HARASSMENT: Ronald H. Green, 55, 449 Walnut St., was charged with second-degree harassment around 1:10 a.m. Monday, Lockport police said. Green is due in City Court on Wednesday.

UNLICENSED: Andrea M. Connearney, 24, 131 Cottage St., was charged with third-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle around 11:15 p.m. May 24, Lockport police said. She is due in City Court on June 2.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Bartz Road man reported that an unknown person burned a small patch of siding on his garage sometime between 7 and 8 p.m. Sunday. No other suspicious marks were found on the garage, and the man was unable to provide any possible suspects, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office. 

Newfane

DWI: Leigh A. Wagner, 25, 2883 Hartland Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from a lane unsafely, speed not reasonable and prudent, unsafe movement of a stopped motor vehicle and an exhaust violation around 2:15 a.m. Monday, the Niagara County Sheriff's Office said. Wagner was taken to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 bail and is due in Newfane Town Court today.

Pendleton

GRAND LARCENY: A resident in the 5400 block of Mapleton Road reported his gray/silver 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 was stolen from his driveway sometime between 9 p.m. May 23 and 5:45 a.m. May 24. The owner thinks he may have left the ignition key inside the truck when he rolled up the windows in it late May 23, according to the sheriff's office. Some molding is missing from the rear tail gate and the rim on the rear passenger side spare tire is missing, according to the owner. The truck is valued at $20,000.
