Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

DWI: Kenneth J. Hapke, 57, 2313 Niagara St., was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to turn and unsafe lane change around 10:30 p.m. June 1. Hapke was released on his own recognizance and was due in city court Monday.

ENDANGERMENT: Jared A. Person, 19, 101 Monroe St., was charged with endangering the welfare of a child around 10:45 p.m. June 1. Person is due in city court on June 9.

UNLICENSED: Melissa L. Rougeaux, 44, 4865 Eddy Drive, Lewiston, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, equipment failure and failure to signal around 3:50 a.m. June 1, Lockport Police said. She was due in city court on Monday.

Town of Lockport

PRISON CONTRABAND: Shanice L. Livingston, 22, 1000 Walden Ave., Buffalo, was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband and unlawful possession of marijuana May 31 at the Niagara County Jail, Niagara Street Extension. Livingston was arraigned in Lockport town court and was ordered held on $500 bail. Livingston is due back in town court on Thursday. 

Wilson

DWI: Brian S. Hamilton, 33, 143 Danbury Drive, Cheektowaga, was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding around 8:40 p.m. May 31. Hamilton was held at the Niagara County Jail on $250 bail ahead of arraignment today in Wilson town court.
