POLICE BLOTTER: Reports published March 12

City of Lockport

— CHARGED: Johnathan M. Verity, 20, 5551 Forest Hill Road was charged with seventh degree possession of a controlled substance, failure to signal and driving under the influence of alcohol on Sunday. Verity was stopped on Main Street for traffic violations officers allegedly saw him commit on Pine Street. He failed field sobriety tests, according to reports

— CHARGED CHARGED: Joshua A. Demmin, 23, 2109 Lockport-Olcott Road, Burt, was charged with identity theft. A Lockport woman said someone fraudulently used here identity to run up a cell phone bill of $655. Demmin was arrested by the Medina Police Department and turned over to Lockport police.

— CHARGED CHARGED: Mark A. Goss, 48, 2394 Hartland Road, Gasport, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol, a no passing violation and failure to signal. Goss was pulled over for crossing a double yellow line on Lake Avenue and failing to signal a right turn. He failed field sobriety tests, according to reports.
