HARASSMENT: Joshua N. Ventura, 21, 63A Gabriel Drive, Lockport, was charged at 8:28 p.m. Oct. 31 with harassment after patrol responded to the parking lot of 6598 Dysinger Road for a harassment complaint. A victim alleged that Ventura shoved her into the side of her sister’s car. At the time of patrol’s arrival, Ventura had fled. Patrol advised a witness to contact Ventura and have him return which he did. Ventura was issued an appearance ticket and advised to leave.

DWI: Angela N. Richardson, 27, 2798 Countyline Road, Middleport, was charged at 5 a.m. Saturday with DWI following a report of a reckless driver in the Transit Road McDonald’s parking lot. Patrol located the vehicle pulling out of the parking lot and stopped the vehicle. Patrol smelled the odor of an alcoholic beverage and noticed signs of intoxication. Richardson registered 0.12 blood alcohol content on a breath test. She was remanded to the Niagara COunty Jail and held in lieu of $250 bail.

GRAND LARCENY: A victim reported on Thursday that sometime between Oct. 18 and Nov. 1 that at least $3,000 worth of transformer wire and aluminum clip railing had been taken from a business at 5105 Lockport Road.
