City of Lockport

CHARGED: Tammy L. Cannon-Hernandez, 48, 2643 Hosmer Road, Appleton was charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to signal Tuesday. According to the report, Cannon-Hernandez was stopped for a traffic infraction on Bright Street at 5:30 p.m. She was allegedly seen coming out of a drug house and was found with marijuana and marijuana pipes. Police located Butalbital, a controlled substance, in her purse.

DWI: Gary A. Pratt, 61, 6035 South Transit Road was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right Tuesday. The sheriff's patrol responded to a Transit Road business to a complaint that there was an intoxicated driver at the drive through. According to the report, Pratt weaved between the dotted white line and the double yellow center line. He failed field sobriety tests and registered a .19 percent reading on a breath screening device.

IDENTITY THEFT: A Bartz Road man reported Tuesday that two unlawful purchases totaling $187 were made with his credit card from Walmart.com between March 13 and March 19.

PETIT LARCENY: A Walnut Street man reported an unknown man stole $50 from him on Tuesday. According to the report, the victim was asked if he had any cigarettes. When the victim reached into his pocket to give the man a cigarette, he removed a $50 bill along with the cigarettes. The suspect grabbed the $50 bill and fled.
