Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — Town of Lockport

HARASSMENT: Alan R. Capisano, 33, 6491 Dysinger Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment. A town man said he has had ongoing issues with Capisano, who had threatened to beat him. Capisano was given an appearance ticket for Dec. 3 in Lockport Town Court.

Middleport

BURGLARY: The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office reported $600 in cash was taken from Steve’s Collision Shop on Wruck Road sometime overnight Thursday and Friday. The owner said an unknown person broke a window on the south side of the building, causing $200 in damage. Nothing else seemed to be out of place or missing, the incident report said. The investigation is continuing.
