Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — • DISORDERLY: Wade A. Smith Jr., 21, 16 Adam St., was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana, and Jason L. Winters, 22, 467 East Ave., was charged with disorderly conduct early Saturday outside 80 Main St., where police broke up an apparent fist fight among three men. Smith and Winters both received tickets to appear in City Court on Monday, according to the arrest reports.

• D.W.I.: Adam C. Sabey, 35, 2634 Youngstown-Lockport Road, Ransomville, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated early Saturday on Upper Mountain Road. A city patrol officer initiated a traffic stop on Sabey's vehicle for alleged speeding. Sabey exhibited signs of alcohol intoxication and was charged, the arrest report said. Later breath testing showed Sabey's blood alcohol content measured 0.19 percent, the report said. Sabey was held on $250 police bail ahead of his arraignment Monday in City Court.

• UNLICENSED OPERATION: Sondra L. Heigl, 32, 145 Washburn St., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving at an unreasonable speed and an equipment violation after a police traffic stop Friday evening on Hawley Street. A records' check showed Heigl's driver's license is suspended, the arrest report said. Heigl received tickets to appear Monday in City Court.

• BURGLARY: Adam C. Strobele, 18, 267 Beattie Ave., was charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, possession of burglar's tools, two counts of petit larceny and two counts of fifth-degree possession of stolen property Friday morning. Strobele is accused of breaking into a room at the Lockport Motel, 315 S. Transit St., rifling through vehicles in the motel parking lot and taking a case of soda pop from the motel owner's pickup truck. The owner found Strobele in Room 183 on Friday morning, according to the arrest report. In the room, police said they found the case of soda pop and about 70 compact discs that had been reported taken from a Russell Street resident's vehicle the prior day.
