• STOLEN PROPERTY: John J. Rosenbeck Jr., 46, 368 Green St., was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Thursday. Rosenbeck was found in possession of a women’s Roadmaster mountain bike that had been reported stolen from a Green Street residence, according to the arrest report. The bike was returned to its owner, the report said. Rosenbeck was held on $250 police bail ahead of a Wednesday appearance in City Court.

• PETIT LARCENY: Linda A. Mulcahy, 53, 209 Washburn St., was charged with petit larceny late Thursday. Mulcahy is accused of taking $130 cash from an Elmwood Avenue residence earlier in the day, according to the arrest report. Mulcahy was held on $250 police bail ahead of a Wednesday appearance in City Court.

• D.W.I.: Steven D. Pike, 24, 415 27th St., Niagara Falls, was charged with drivng while ability impaired, criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and two violations of Vehicle & Traffic Law late Thursday on Townline Road. A sheriff’s deputy observed Pike’s southbound vehicle cross the center line and fog line and initiated a traffic stop. Pike exhibited signs of drug intoxication and admitted he had consumed an unspecified quantity of adderall and suboxone, prescription drugs, before driving, the arrest report said. In one of Pike’s boots, the deputy found a plastic bag containing six adderall pills, one suboxone pill and a small amount of marijuana, the report said. Pike was held on $250 bail.
