Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — MARIJUANA AND DWI: David J. Morris, 27, 13 Blackley Court, was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana and Monika D. Pawlowski, 35, 13 Blackley Court was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and disorderly conduct. Officers reportedly saw Pawlowski make two turns without signaling, but when attempting to pull her over on Lewis Street, Pawlowski reportedly committed a few more traffic infractions. While speaking with Pawlowski, police said there was an alcoholic odor on her breath and her eyes were glassy and bloodshot. An open container of alcohol was in the center console, the arrest report said. Pawlowski failed a soberity test, then refused to do any more, police said, then continued yelling obscenities at officers. After Pawlowski was arrested, officers spoke with Morris, who reportedly had a clear plastic baggie with a green leafy substance in it.
MARIJUANA: Kristopher N. Flagler, 23, 8579 Slayton Settlement Road, Gasport, was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana. Flagler was seen failing to stop for a stop sign by police, the arrest report said. While speaking with Flagler, officers reportedly saw in the vehicle two glass pipes used for smoking marijuana. When asked if there was anything illegal in the vehicle, Flagler reportedly said there was marijuana and a 20-gauge shotgun in the trunk. Officers found both in the vehicle, the report said, as well as a woman’s wallet. The shotgun had four rounds of ammunition with it. Flagler was arrested and is due today in city court.
LARCENY: Adam M. Keller, 26, 185 Washburn St., Apt. 4, was charged Monday with petit larceny and fifth-degree possession of stolen property. Employees at 7-Eleven on South Transit Street said during an inventory, the store was short on a certain brand of cigarettes. An employee said Keller was seen with a package of that brand, a package with the same serial number of the ones missing, the arrest report said. Keller was arrested and is due Wednesday in city court.
