Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — Shotgun, bow taken from Gasport home

A 12-gauge shotgun and a $1,600 bow was reported stolen from a Telegraph Road home in Gasport, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office reported Wednesday.

Both items were in the home’s garage. Five arrows and six boxes of 12-gauge ammunition were also missing.

Deputies did not find any signs of forced entry or damage to the garage. The case was forwarded to the Criminal Investigation Bureau.

City of Lockport

HARASSMENT: Daniel A. McFadden, 18, 192 South St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment. Lockport Police said McFadden reportedly made threats to a Charlotte Street man he was supposed to stay away from. McFadden appeared Wednesday in city court.

BURGLARY: A Lake Avenue woman told Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday someone took several items including prescription medicine and 14 Xbox video games valued at $560. An incident report said the medicine taken was 34 Opana pills. The case was turned over to the Criminal Investigation Bureau.


POSSESSION: Harley V. Krantz, 20, 3401 Randall Road, Wilson, was charged Wednesday with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Krantz was reportedly located on a warrant and two Hydrocodone pills were found in his pocket. He was given an appearance ticket to report to Wilson Cour
