Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

FRAUD: Sarah C. Bullard, 17, Sanborn, was charged Wednesday with third-degree identity theft. New York State Police said Bullard was given an appearance ticket in the City of Lockport.

FIRE: Miller Hose Fire Company, assisted by the Olcott Fire Company, responded to a chimney fire on Hess Road at 11:40 p.m. on Wednesday. The sheriff’s patrol observed fire coming from the top of the chimney. All of the residents were out of the house. There was no damage estimate.

PETIT LARCENY: Two Starpoint Central students reported money stolen from the girls locker room during basketball practice Thursday. One student reported $40 was taken out of her wallet which was inside her gym bag. Another reported $60 was taken out of her purse.
