BLOTTER: Police reports published June 9

CHARGED: Michael I. Brant, 35, 34 John St., upper, was charged with disorderly conduct and public lewdness. According to the report, police observed Brant urinate on a vehicle at 10:22 p.m. on Main Street. Brant, who was ordered to stop, used vulgar language, turned, and exposed himself.

CHARGED: Jesse J. Coia, 20, 53 Maple St.  was charged with criminal possession of a knife and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision Friday. The sheriff’s patrol initiated a traffic stop on Robinson Road at 5 p.m. for an air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror. According to the report, Coia had a switchblade knife on the passenger seat of the vehicle. He was transported to the Niagara County Jail and held on $500 bail.  He was also issued a ticket for driver’s view obstructed.

LARCENY: According to Walmart security footage, men took $500 in men’s and infant clothing from the store about 5 p.m. on Thursday. The video shows the men grabbed approximately $500 worth of clothing and placed it in a cart. One of the men walked out the front door while another male distracted the employees at the front. It appeared that one male collected only infant clothing and the other collected only men’s clothes. The footage showed all the people involved get into two separate vehicles. One vehicle was a dark Buick with a cloth top and the other appeared to be a Ford Focus, possibly light green in color.
