Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

HARASSMENT: Frank Doran, 26, 17 Hill St. apt. upper, was charged with 2nd degree harassment Sunday. Doran’s court date was Monday at 9 a.m.

CHILD ENDANGERMENT: Antonio Amarena, 16, 6003 Leonard Ct. apt. upper, Olcott, and Jacob Ruhl, 23, and Trinity Harpam, 18, both of 111 Cottage St. apt. 23, were charged Monday with endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree menacing, and sixth-degree conspiracy. They were transported to Lockport Police Department for booking. Arraignment date is today in Lockport City Court under judge William Watson.  

Town of Lockport

LARCENY: An Oakbrook Drive woman told the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office an unauthorized $153 charged appeared on her debit card from Santa Barbara, Calif. The case was forwarded to the Criminal Investigation Bureau.

Newfane

MARIJUANA: Benjamin R. Miller, 24, 5782 West Main St., was charged Saturday with criminal possession of a controlled substance, having a controlled substance in non-original container and an traffic equipment violation. Miller was given an appearance ticket for today in Newfane Town Court.

MARIJUANA: Crystal L. Heschke, 42, 1573 VanBuren St., Olcott, was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana. She was given a ticket for Newfane Town Court.

Wilson

BURGLARY: A Maple Street woman reported last week someone had broken into her home and took her $400 gold ring. The ring was reportedly the only thing taken, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said.

DWI: Charles P. McCausland IV, 41, 4479 Ide Road, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway and two vehicle-and-traffic infractions Saturday afternoon in the 5100 block of Ide Road. McCausland was held on $250 police bail ahead of arraignment today in Wilson Town Court.

Hartland

UNAUTHORIZED USE: William K. Ray, 26, 1026 Fernwood Drive, Lockport, was charged with having an unauthorized police scanner in a vehicle Sunday afternoon in the 8500 block of Seaman Road. Ray received a ticket to appear Dec. 17 in Hartland Town Court.
