ASSAULT: Bradley Lilley, 24, 47 Porter St., was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and obstructing government administration early Wednesday. Lilley was due in City Court on Wednesday.
PETIT LARCENY: Michael Salhany, 35, 10 Spruce St., was charged with petit larceny Tuesday. Salhany was held on $250 bail before a Wednesday appearance in City Court.
CRIMINAL CONTEMPT: Matthew J. Siuda III, 31, 118 Continental Drive, was charged with criminal contempt Monday. Siuda was due in City Court on Wednesday.
PETIT LARCENY: Jane Crowley, 56, 2171 Niagara St., Buffalo, was charged with petit larceny Wednesday. The charge arises from a Sept. 7 incident in the city, according to Lockport Police Department.

MENACING: Hayes K. Hamby, 17, 2211 Upper Mountain Road, Sanborn, was charged with third-degree menacing, second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration Wednesday. Hamby, an inmate at Niagara County Jail, was arraigned in Lockport Town Court and is due back in court today, the Sheriff’s Office said.
LARCENY: A Purdy Road couple reported Tuesday that a blue Leer pickup truck cap was removed from the bed of their Ford Ranger sometime between Nov. 30 and Dec. 1. It appears that the cap’s cleats were loosened by hand, the victims said. The cap is valued at $500, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
MISCHIEF: A Meadowbrook Lane woman reported that three tires on her vehicle were cut and deflated late Monday while the vehicle was parked outside her residence. The damage estimate is $250, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
LARCENY: A Main Street, Ransomville, man said four winter tires and rims were taken from his front yard sometime overnight Monday-Tuesday. The loss is valued at $1,000, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
