Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport 

NOISE: Steven Pinkert, 27, 123 Nicholls St., was charged with a city noise ordinance violation Saturday. Pinkert received a ticket to appear in City Court on Feb. 11.

DWI: David D. Bald, 58, 291 Clinton St., was charged with driving while intoxicated Saturday morning. Bald is due in City Court on Wednesday.

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT: Adam Taylor, 38, 396 West Ave., was charged with second-degree criminal contempt Friday. Taylor is due in City Court on Wednesday.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Lockport-Olcott Road man reported to the sheriff’s office Saturday that the rim on a tire on his employer’s commercial trailer tractor was damaged, possibly by a hammer or a pipe, on Jan. 13 while the trailer was parked in the 6600 block of Ridge Road. Damage was estimated at $400.

Town of Alabama

DWI: Mark S. Allison, 52, of Lockport, was charged with driving while intoxicated late Friday after a two-vehicle collision on Bloomingdale Road. Allison was held in custody in lieu of cash bail, according to New York State Police.

Lewiston

DWI: John A. Rudes, 18, of Lockport, was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana early Saturday on Lewiston Road. Rudes was released into the custody of a third party, according to New York State Police.
