Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — POSSESSION: Sheila D. Jones, 57, of Niagara Falls was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Oct. 16 on Lincoln Ave. Extension, near Ernest Road. She was issued an appearance ticket.

Hartland

BURGLARY: An Orangeport Road victim reported to sheriff’s deputies that sometime between 5:30 p.m. and 10:50 p.m. Sunday that some one had taken from the driveway a utility trailer contaning a Suzuki 80 CC ATV and a Craftsman riding lawnmower. The victim then noticed that the rear bathroom window was broken and the sliding door was ajar. The victim entered the house and noticed every drawer and cupboard open and all the tv’s were taken off the wall, and three computers and two game systems were also taken. The victim’s two dogs were also out of the house. The value of the stolen items is $3,700.

TRESPASSING: Michael D. Haynes, 19, of Middleport was charged by State Police at 2 p.m. Monday with trespassing. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Cambria

MSICHIEF: A victim reported that the rear window of her car was smashed out while it was parked outside 2954 Upper Mountain Road sometime between 11 p.m. Thursday and 8:25 a.m. Friday. Damage was estimated at $900.
