TRESPASS: Keith G. Dobucki, 34, 280 Willow St. Apt. 60 was charged Thursday with criminal trespass, obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and second-degree criminal contempt. The police were called to Walnut Street at 3:10 a.m. for a report of a man trying to enter a residence. According to the arrest report, Dobucki appeared intoxicated and said he wanted to get his clothes. He became combative and was taken into custody, police said. Dobucki tried to enter through the storm cellar door. The victim, who has a valid limited order of protection, requested a full order of protection and would like to pursue criminal charges.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Becca R. Bliemeister, 20, 603 Park Ave. Apt. 3 was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday. According to the report, the police saw several females leaving the area, when Bliemeister and another woman were stopped and interviewed. They said they got into a fight with two other women. One of the woman reported being kicked in the face by a man and received a bloody nose. She signed harassment information which was submitted to the Lockport City Court for a warrant. While leaving the area, Bliemeister yelled an obscenity at one of the women. She was taken into custody.

MENACING: Jason E. Spivey, 24, 70 Harvey St. Apt. 3 was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt, third-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to the report, Spivey kicked and punched the victim’s vehicle on Outwater Park at 5:15 p.m. as she tried to leave the area. The victim has an order of protection against Spivey. He was arrested without incident on Hawley Street at 6 p.m.

LOUD MUSIC: Joseph W. Parris, 28, 5 Bewley Place was charged with loud music Wednesday. The alleged offense took place on on Pine Street in the impact zone. Parris was stopped on Walnut Street at 5:15 p.m.
