ASSAULT: Michael S. Brownlee, 20, 260 Garden St. front was charged with third-degree assault and petit larceny Tuesday. Police responded to the report of a domestic incident. According to the report, Brownlee and the victim got into a heated argument over a text message on her phone. Brownlee grabbed her arm and threw her to the ground. She hit her head on the concrete floor. He took her phone and car keys. The victim went to Olcott Street where she called 911. She complained of pain in her neck, arm and ankle. Brownlee was found on Garden Street.

LARCENY: Tricia E. Cassenti, 25, 6493 Dysinger Road, was charged Saturday with petit larceny. Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies were called to Walmart on South Transit Road, where an employee said they saw Cassenti and another woman taking five swimsuits without paying. About 30 minutes later, Cassenti reportedly returned to Walmart to return the five swimsuits, valued at $56 total, for store credit, the report said. Cassenti was issued an appearance ticket to return Tuesday to Lockport Town Court.


DWI: Kelly A. Fink, 27, 8820 Bunker Hill Road was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated. Deputies found Fink’s vehicle on Bunker Hill Road, where they were told Fink walked home so she could be driven to Medina Hospital. Deputies spoke with the hospital staff who reportedly said they could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Fink. When deputies spoke with Fink, she allegedly appeared to have glassy eyes and the odor of an alcoholic beverage on her. Fink reportedly failed field sobriety tests and was issued an appearance ticket for Tuesday in Royalton Town Court.


DWI: Wesley S. Wilson, 57, 34 Cramer St., North Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated. Deputies saw Wilson on Tonawanda Creek Road, as they spoke with him, they said he had bloodshot, glassy eyes and slurred his speech when he spoke. Wilson submitted to a chemical breath test, which reported a .17 percent blood alcohol count, according to the report. Wilson is due today in Pendleton Town Court.

DWI: Robert Patrick Clyde, 51, 151 59th St., Niagara Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated and drinking alcohol in motor vehicle on the highway Monday. While the sheriff’s patrol arresting a suspect on aggravated unlicensed operation it observed pull into the parking lot on South Transit and exit the vehicle. There was smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage and Clyde had slightly slurred speech, glossy bloodshot eyes and impaired motor coordination. He failed three sobriety tests and recorded .08 percent blood alcohol content. A 16-ounce beer can was found in between the front two seats, along with another cold unopened can.
