POSSESSION: Walter T. Fraser, 35, 127 Water St. was charged Saturday with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. Lockport Police said Fraser was seen walking in the street and reportedly acted nervous when police spoke to him. When speaking with police, Fraser reportedly pulled out a container of Suboxone. He is due today in city court.

DWI: John C. Dickson, 34, 12 Goodelle Terrace, Geneva, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana. Police saw Dickson reportedly drive over a curb, through a grassy yard and into a parking lot about 200 feet east of Hawley Street. Dickson reportedly failed all of the field sobriety tests he took. He is due in city court today.

MARIJUANA: Kenneth S. Thompson, 20, 383 Mill St., was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers were driving behind Thompson when he reportedly committed a traffic infraction. While speaking with Thompson, Lockport Police said they could smell marijuana on him, of which Thompson reportedly admitted to having two small bags. His license was also suspended, police said.

HARASSMENT: Allen D. Lee, 20, 23 Oliver St., lower apartment, was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment. A Roosevelt Drive woman told police Lee allegedly hit her on the head during an argument. He is due today in city court.

MARIJUANA: Brandon B. Kopp, 21, 6193 Raymond Road, was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Police pulled Kopp over for loud music, but while talking to him found his license was suspended and there was an odor of marijuana, police reported.

CONTEMPT: Sheri L. Douvlos, 45, 5186 Baer Road, Sanborn, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal contempt and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Police pulled Douvlos over and while speaking with her, she reportedly became belligerent toward them. She is due June 14 in city court.
