DWI: Robert J. Moore, 24, 208 Dorwood Park was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies said Moore was pulled over on New Road for a traffic infraction, when deputies noticed an odor of alcohol on him. Moore reportedly failed a number of field sobriety tests and a check of his license found it was revoked, deputies said. He reportedly had a blood alcohol count of 0.1 percent.

DWI: Harold Weber, 59, 6211 Jacques Road, Lockport was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated. According to Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies, Weber was pulled over for speeding on Lockport-Olcott Road. While talking to Weber, deputies noticed an odor of alcohol on him. He reportedly failed a number of field sobriety tests, deputies said.
