CHARGED: Christian J. Brandys, 25, 1 Tudor Lane, Apt. 4 was charged Friday with third-degree criminal and third-degree attempted burglary. According to the arrest report, an employee at Professional Parkway reported a man trying to break in the building at 7:05 a.m. Brandys allegedly attempted to force open the door and then a window. He was highly intoxicated and urinated on the sidewalk. Brandys registered .19 percent alcohol content, Lockport Police said.

Somerset

ARSON: A Somerset Road man reported Thursday that there was over $4,000 fire damage on his property. According to the arrest report, the victim unhitched a trailer loaded with 11 bales of hay in the field on his property approximately 300 yards south of his residence at 7 p.m. on Wednesday. When he returned to his trailer at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, he discovered his trailer along with the eleven bales of hay to be burned, apparently set on fire by an unknown person. Loss to the trailor and tires was estimated at $3,600. The hay was valued at $40 per bale, amounting to a collective loss of $440.
