Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

DWI: Jeffrey M. Clark, 57, 541 Applewood Drive, Apt. 541 was charged with driving while intoxicated Saturday. According to the report, Clark was stopped at a road check at 1:38 a.m. on South Transit. He failed field sobriety tests.

MARIJUANA:  Ryan A. Moskaluk, 33, 6575 Royal Parkway, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, concealing evidence and a seat belt violation Friday. At 4:15 p.m. sheriff’s deputies saw the driver sending a text message while driving. According to the report, there was the odor of marijuana emanating from Moskaluk’s mouth. When asked if he ate the marijuana, he showed a green leafy substance in his mouth.
