Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

DWI: Stephen A. Garver-Parsons, 23, of Lockport was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated. New York State Police said Garver-Parsons was issued an appearance ticket at about 3:40 a.m. on Locust Street.

LARCENY: Tammy A. Elliott, 41, of Depew, was charged Monday with third-degree grand larceny, second-degree forgery and first-degree identity theft. New York State Police said Elliott was arrested at 2:59 a.m. on Dysinger Road and is being held.

DWI: James S. Laboda, 64, of Lockport, was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated. New York State Police said Laboda was released to a third party after being arrested on South Transit Road.

DWI: Christina M. Sieracki, 29, 105 Hopkins Road, Williamsville was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated. Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies said Sieracki was pulled over for having a passenger side brake light out. While speaking with Sieracki, deputies said they noticed an alcoholic odor on her, as well as glassy, bloodshot eyes and impaired motor skills. She also reportedly failed a number of field sobriety tests. Sieracki was taken to Niagara County Jail on $250 bail and is due to appear this week in Pendleton Town Court.
