Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — LARCENY: Kyle T. Stewart, 26, 2127 River Road, Niagara Falls was charged Wednesday with petit larceny. Deputies were called to Tops Markets on South Transit Road where an employee said they saw Stewart eat two bakery items and some cheese. He also reportedly took two Red Bull beverages and left the store without paying. While speaking with deputies, Stewart reportedly said he ate the cheese to see if he liked it before he bought it. He didn’t like the cheese because he thought it was too spicy. Stewart reportedly said he thought the baked goods were samples, but taking the Red Bulls were a bad choice. He was taken to Niagara County Jail on $250 bail.
