ASSAULT: John J. Cuillo, 36, 165 Allen St., was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree menacing and third-degree assault Sunday. Cuillo is accused of throwing a woman to the ground and pressing his fist into her chest while a juvenile was present, according to the arrest report.
DWI: Damon L. Lash, 43, 4582 Thrall Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right Sunday. Police were on West Avenue looking for a reported reckless driver at 4:56 a.m. Sunday when an officer observed Lash’s vehicle cross the center line. Lash exhibited signs of alcohol intoxication and was charged, the arrest report said.
TRESPASS: Anthony M. Sammarco, 16, 27 Cave St., was charged with trespassing Sunday. Sammarco was asked to leave Skateland, Lincoln Avenue, after being involved in a physical altercation and refused, the arrest report said.

LARCENY: Nicole M. Houghton, 32, 6594 Charlotteville Road, Newfane, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny Saturday. Houghton is accused of taking a purse, which contained cash, a bank card, vehicle keys and an iPhone, from a waitress at Willowbrook Golf Course, Lake Avenue, on Friday, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s office. Houghton was held on $1,000 bail ahead of her arraignment Thursday in Lockport Town Court.
LARCENY: A homeowner in the 2900 block of Upper Mountain Road reported his dirt bike was taken off his property sometime overnight Oct. 11-Oct. 12. The 2002 Honda XR 650R motorcycle had been chained to the back deck and the lock was cut, according to the sheriff’s office.
LARCENY: A property owner reported five rolls of construction fabric were taken from the southeast corner of the Saunders Settlement and Baer roads crossing sometime overnight Oct. 11-Oct. 12. The owner is undertaking construction of a storage facility and the plastic-wrapped rolls were left unsecured on the site, according to the sheriff’s office. The rolls, which are 12 feet long and weigh 200 pounds each, are valued at $2,500 together.
