• HARASSMENT: Todd M. Delavalle, 22, Dysinger Road, was charged with second-degree harassment Tuesday afternoon. Delavalle is accused of punching a person who tried breaking up a domestic incident between Delavalle and a woman, according to state police. Delavalle was found to be the subject of a bench warrant from Lockport City Court and was turned over to city police. Delavalle was to be arraigned on the harassment charge Thursday in Town Court.

• UNAUTHORIZED USE: Wayne T. Bender, 42, 6315 Robinson Road, was charged with second-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle Wednesday. According to state police, Bender took a woman's vehicle and did not return it for an extended period. Bender was arraigned in Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending an Oct. 11 return appearance.

• POSSESSION: Benjamin R. Rupert, 19, 6661 Royal Parkway North, was charged with speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana Wednesday. A sheriff's deputy observed Rupert's vehicle traveling 66 mph in a 45 mph zone on Robinson Road and initiated a traffic stop about 9:45 p.m. While interviewing him, the deputy said he saw two cigarettes in Rupert's lap and one appeared to be a joint. Asked whether he had anything illegal in the vehicle, Rupert turned over two additional joints, the report said. Rupert received a ticket to appear Oct. 13 in Town Court.

Cambria

• DWI: Nathaniel D. Clark, 33, 1295 Moll St., North Tonawanda, was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding about 12 a.m. Thursday on Townline Road. A sheriff's deputy initiated a traffic stop on Clark's vehicle after radar clocked his speed at 75 mph, the report said. Clark exhibited signs of alcohol intoxication and failed several field sobriety tests, the report said. Later testing showed Clark's blood alcohol level was 0.08 percent. Clark was held in Niagara County Jail on $250 bail pending an Oct. 9 appearance in Cambria Town Court.
