2012 Year End — Part II

Miracle at the Max is 2012 Local Sports Story of the Year

LOCKPORT —

Max D. Lederer Field will never forget — and neither will the Lockport or Clarence high school football fans who stood or sat nervously watching the see-saw Saturday, Oct. 20 Section VI Class AA quarterfinal it hosted.

“Then for Clarence to come out at the beginning of that game and to see them score that number of times in the first quarter and early in the second quarter, you really start to wonder, ‘Wow, is there really that much of a difference between the AA North and AA South divisions?’”
But then it started ...
